    La Société des Minoteries et des Industries Diverses « SMID » créée en 1992 est spécialisée dans la fabrication des produits de minoterie ( semoule ( PS - 10), farine boulangère (PS ) et farine pâtissière (PS - 7). Sa capacité de production est de :
  • 300 tonnes / 24 heures de trituration de blé tendre
  • 220 tonnes / 24 heures de trituration de blé dur
