- copy of the attestation that the declaration of intention to invest has been submitted /li>

- application for affiliation, duly filled in and signed, with the company’s stamp (form available at the CNSS desk) /li>
- nominative list of staff, signed by the employer (form available at the CNSS desk) /li>
- working hours cleared by the geographically relevant labor authority /li>
- copy of the declaration of company existence and of the tax identification card/li>
- document specifying the address of the company’s head office (registered copy of the rental contract or certificate of ownership of the premises) /li> If this is a domiciliation, you need to provide an attestation with the legalized signature of the legal representative of the paying company, with a registered copy of the rental contract if this is the case extract from the Trade Registry

Issuing of attestations of non submission for stamping of work contacts - One-stop shop – Tunis
- Eligibility: Foreign employers and workers: Project promoters, Company managers and President Directors General
- Relevant desk: Ministry of Employment and the Professional Insertion of Young People (MEIPJ)
- Time limit: 10 days from the date of submission of the application at this desk

- Time limit: A receipt for submission is remitted on the spot to the promoter and a residency permit is issued within one month.
